Some of the most meaningful moments don't follow a traditional script.


When Ken reached out from Sacramento to plan this session, he shared a quiet, deeply touching story: he and his partner had gotten married during the chaos of Covid. Like so many couples during that time, they never had an engagement shoot, a big celebration, or professional photographs of just the two of them.


Every year, they escape the Central Valley heat for a weekend getaway in Pacifica. Walking the coastal trails of Mori Point has become their tradition. This year, he decided to surprise her by asking for her hand all over again— against the crashing waves of the Pacific.


There were no elaborate setups, fancy dresses, or professional hair and makeup. They showed up in their everyday hiking clothes, windswept and relaxed, walking the bluffs just like they do every year.


Sometimes, the most cinematic and timeless love stories happen while simply living your day together.
